Port modeshape-jcr-tck module from 2.x

We need to port the -tck module in a similar fashion to what we had in 2.x: run it as a different profile and basically make sure all the TCK tests are enabled (even though we might fail some)
The latter is the only difference from the tests which we have as part of the -jcr module.
