Documentation 2.0: remove documentation sources from the main repository

    Description

      We need to remove the documentation from the main repository. With MODCLUSTER-652 in place which is currently residing as a replacement for the original docs, this really pollutes the main repository. Also, since mod_cluster v2, the java and native repositories, the documentation is for both.
