Killing a worker node does not immediately remove it from httpd dispatching tables

    Description

      When I run httpd, node1 and node2, I see that httpd knows about node1 and node2 via telnet localhost 8000<cr>info<cr>.

      When I kill node2 via CTRL-C, node2 is not immediately removed from httpd's worker list, but this takes some time, up to a minute..
