    Description

      A design issue was recently filed with DevTools UX (DTUX-534) citing confusion around the dependency issues introduced by recent OLM changes. 

      While we await the completion of OLM Dependency V2 development (OLM-1737) it has been requested that information about the expected dependencies be placed in the markdown for the Operator ClusterServiceVersion.  This would then provide users additional context within the OpenShift UI about additional install steps they will need to take.
