Summary

As an administrator of clusterlogforwarding,
I want to validate the CR will not result in deploying objects that have name conflicts with other CLF deployments
and there is status describing any failures

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify CLF.spec.serviceAccountName=logcollector fails validation if NS=openshift-logging and Name!=instance (its reserved for legacy)
• Verify CLF.Name=collector fails validation if NS=openshift-logging (it conflicts with legacy")
• Verify no deployment occurs or is updated when validation fails
• Verify CLF.status identifies validation failure
