Summary

Add non-blocking CI e2e jobs against main, release-5.5 to periodically test cluster logging against various versions of OCP to ensure CLO is compatible across EUS releases. This additionally may offer a canary to breaking changes (e.g. pod security)

Acceptance Criteria

• main CI job against OCP latest (e.g. CLO master against OCP 4.12 nightly)
• main CI job against OCP 4.10 (e.g. CLO master against OCP 4.10 stable)
• release-5.5 CI job against OCP latest (e.g. CLO master against OCP 4.12 nightly)
• release-5.5 CI job against OCP 4.10 (e.g. CLO master against OCP 4.9 stable)
