      Acceptance Criteria

      • CLO main PR jobs are utilizing 4.11 stable for testing
      • CLO release-5.5 PR jobs are utilizing 4.11 stable for testing
      • CLO release-5.4 PR jobs are utilizing 4.10 stable for testing
      • logging-fluentd main PR jobs are utilizing 4.11 stable for testing
      • logging-fluentd 1.14.5 PR jobs are utilizing 4.10 stable for testing
