Summary

Many of the plugins we wrote and maintain as part of our fluent image due not have the required file structure for them to installed via gem as plugins that are recognized by fluent. Fixing the structure allows fluent with these plugins to be run outside a containerized environment for development purposes.

Acceptance Criteria

• all fluent plugins in "lib" have a directory structure like "lib/fluent/plugin"
• all gemspec files are updated to include the list of files that make-up the plugin
• logging-fluentd Makefile can install all plugins we vendor
