Logging (LogExp) - Sprint 215
Description of problem:
1) There isn't minKubeVersion
2) There isn't nodeSelector: {kubernetes.io/os": "linux"}
3) The description 'Loki Operator must be deployed to the global operator group namespace `openshift-logging`' is wrong. The Loki operator has to be deployed either in openshift-operator or in openshift-operators-redhat. The lokistack can be deployed in any namespace. But to support cluster-logging, the lokistack must be deployed under openshift-logging.
