      Summary

      As a developer of clusterlog forwarding,
      I want admins to "opt-in" to multiline error detection
      so they understand the implications of the associated performance degredation

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Enabling "multilineException" for CLF enables multi-line error re-assembly
      • No regressions with log collection when feature is not enabled
