Provide a way to automatically increase the Kogito version on the image and modules

Today the process to bump Kogito images and modules is manual, it would be great if it can be done automatically. i.e.:

kogito-bump-version.py --from X --to Y --minor|major
"from" should be defaulted to the current version on image.yaml
and "to" should be defaulted to the next version.
