[kogito-apps] ui-packages test fails not reflecting in PR checks

    Description

      Test failures in ui-packages of kogito-apps are not getting reflected in the CI checks.

      For a following lerna outcome:

      The PR check still succeeds as the overall maven build is successful. Might need to point to test outcomes for the build to assess.
