Knative Workflow - Verify image name during build

During the deploy command kubectl uses a RegEx to verify metadata.name property. To help the user build a project with the correct name, add a validation for the build image using the same RegEx.

RegEx: [a-z]([-a-z0-9]*[a-z0-9])?
