Better error handling VS Code Service Registry integration

We need to investigate three things:

• Make sure that https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-redhat-account is auto-installed as dependency of swf extension;
• Provide a better error message if user manually removed the extension (maybe a popup warning? Currently looks like if failing silently;
• Debug why the authentication is not working on windows;
