[SWF Editor] Research JSON Schema capabilities

Research if JSON Schema is able to make cross-validation between JSON fields (e.g. refName and function's name). We cannot have a refName for a function that doesn't exist. Can we do that with JSON Schema or will we need to implement it manually?
    - if true, let's try and change CNCF's JSON Schema to include those validations
    - if false, let's go ahead and implement our validation rules manually
