Verify if jq package needs to be installed in an image in order to work with KSW

Kogito Serverless Workflows uses jq as its data manipulation language. We need to certify if jq package needs to be installed in an image where the Kogito service will run.

Outcome

• Document how to install the package in the Quarkus JQ Extension Project ()
• Align with productization the need to include jq packages to the Kogito base images
• Align with documentation to include in the docs that a custom image requires jq package from the given distribution (e.g https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/jq)
