[SWF Editor] Keep Service Catalog in sync with specs files

We must provide a way to keep in sync the stored services yaml files and the functions and services that are being used in the SW file.

We should keep the list of used functions as a shared value in the channel, and update them when the values are changed on the editor.

Then, if a change happened, we might notify the catalog to update the persisted files if required (basically download from apicurio and keep it in the storage folder)
