[SWF Editor] Apicurio integration

Service Catalog should be able to load SWFServices from the different Registry instances available in the Service Registry. Those services should be available in the Service Catalog for autocompletion in the SWF Editor

We should provide a mechanism to enable triggering the authentication for the services via command, we should display a quickpick to enable which services we want to login (or all).
