      Follow-up on https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-apps/pull/1216

      • Update GHA
      • Update other Jenkinsfiles in the kogito-apps repo
      • Update as well DSL config on runtimes, optaplanner and drools for the kogito-apps PR check
      • LTS PR checks should also have that information
