[DMN Designer] Client-side (Imported models) access to _external_ resources

    Description

      The DMN editor's ability to import other DMN files requires the ability to query the underlying FileSystem (or container, e.g. VSCode, Che etc) for other DMN models. This is currently handled server-side with access to Business Central's Git repositories. The kogito framework needs to provide the ability to query for other files (matching certain criteria, e.g. DMN files, PMML files).
