Make KIE Sandbox image customizable

There are several parameters that we use to build KIE Sandbox. The container image should expose a way of customizing them. This can be done in several ways (e.g. ENV or even writing a parameters file).

This Jira is for deciding what's the best way of doing that and implementing it.
