Increase job Id storage size for postgresql.

After the refactor in JobId and timerId done for KOGITO-5863 Async process execution. Postgresql is throwing and exception "value too long for type character varying(40)" when trying to store the job Id that now has more tan 40 characters "TIMER:1:43e37593-98ff-4ae4-b0e5-10463f0e981d"
