Integrate Form Generation CLI into BPM VSCode extension

As a user I want to be able to generate custom forms for my processess/tasks. Right now the CLI provides that functionality but it is decoupled from the VSCode extension. In order to simplify the dev experience I'd like to be able to trigger the form generation within the VSCode extension using a dedicated command/button there.
