Travel-Agency example - Fails to start - missing topic

Following the Travel Agency Example in the latest docs. 

3.5.8. Deploying Kogito services on OpenShift using a binary build

Once deployed, the pod health checks fail until the "visaapplications" topic is created. The docs ask you to open the app via the route, which fails as the pod health check fails.

Either need to change the doc to deploy the visa application before going to the app routes or create the visaapplications topic before going to the app.
