Importing DMN as Included Model in VS Code on Windows

This feature does not work in Windows.

Steps

1. Created a dmn and defined its namespace in one folder

2. Created another dmn and defined its namespace in another folder

3. Moved the first dmn in to the second dmn folder

4. Clicked Import DMN tab and tried to select from the dropdown. 

I do not see the dmn in the dropdown.
