Enrich TraceEvent with data types information

Currently the consumer of a TraceEvent should read the DMN model to obtain information about the structure of the data types in order to parse input/output variables.

This is not always possible, so we must add some information about data types directly to TraceEvent, trying at the same time to minimize the overhead.
