Make it possible for channels to copy keyboard shortcuts from the envelope

When creating Keyboard Shortcuts, they are bound to the `window` object inside the editor's iframe, resulting in no actions when the focus of the page is outside the iframe. This task is to create a mechanism for the channel to 'copy' the registered shortcuts from the envelope and trigger them as their key combination is pressed outside the iframe.
