Generate a SVG diagram automatically on each BPMN/DMN diagrams save

The process administration and process execution capabilities of Business Central require that all BPMN files are represented in SVG, so it's possible to visualize the Process Diagram and, for the process instances, highlight nodes.

The current BPMN editor in VSCode allows generating the SVG file for currently opened files, however, the user needs to be mindful about executing such action for each opened file and also know exactly how to name the files.

To make the use of VSCode more friendly for RHPAM users (especially on the integration with Kie Server), the idea is to provide a configurable way to generate the SVG on each save of the BPMN/DMN diagram and provide a similar capability of business central.
