Dirty state of editor on consequent save operation

    Description

      In the latest kogito 0.4.0 vs code tooling is issue in general operation do change and save.

      In the attached video is shown that dirty state is not detected and user can save file just as "File->Save". "CTRL+S" does not work.

      Used latest VS code 1.44 and started as
      ./code --enable-proposed-api kiegroup.vscode-extension-pack-kogito-kie-editors
