[Test Scenario Editor] Show warning if user opens scesim file for rule based test scenario in VSCode

User can open scesim file made by Business Central in VS Code without any warning.

Currently we are not providing any functionality to run rule based test scenarios in VsCode.

Proposal is to show user in that case that DRL is not currently supported
