Port conflicts in onboarding-example

The issue is related to onboarding-example. This has three modules hr, payroll and onboarding. The main orchestration is in 'onboarding' one. To run it successfully user need to start firstly 'hr' and 'payroll'. It means user needs to start mvn clean package quarkus:dev for all three modules. However it causes conflicts in ports used.
