    Description

      The error messages when a file with unsupported extension is uploaded is not accessibility friendly.

      It's necessary to change the error message to an alert for this improvement (https://www.patternfly.org/v4/design-guidelines/usage-and-behavior/alerts-and-notifications#main-content)
