VSCode Extension: Undo/Redo triggered twice on Linux (VSCode API (1.43.0))

When executing a Undo or Redo on VSCode (Linux) using the keyboard shortcuts the command is executed twice.

Looks like linux VSCode is triggering the commands faster than on windows and mac. We workaround that on master by adding a timeout disables undo/redos but on VSCode API (1.43.0) this doesn't work.
