Improve the exposed HTTP port configuration for Kogito Runtime Services

    Description

      Today we have the environment variable KOGITO_DATA_INDEX_HTTP_PORT on the Data Index image, but would be nice to have a more generic var like HTTP_PORT on every Kogito Service, so the operator would set them as part of the new Service Definition API:

      1. Change the variable name to HTTP_PORT on Data Index
      2. Add it to Jobs Service image
      3. Change the KogitoServiceSpec structure to have this attribute there instead of have it handled by the controller like we are doing today
