Permission issues on standalone dir on workbench and dashbuilder images

      Wrong permissions was being applied to the /opt/eap/standalone/data directory was wrong, leading the BC image to fail to start when running on OpenShift.

       

      Plus, add permissions to randomised UID to Dashbuilder module as well.
