    Description

When you importing during a startup a realms.json exported from older version of keycloak. It doesn't reflect changes introduced by https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/blob/c41bc65bf88cd83eb04e50e926009b04066cf7b0/server-spi-private/src/main/java/org/keycloak/migration/migrators/MigrateTo3_0_0.java

Client 'account' doesn't have role 'manage-account-links' after import. Manual and automatic migration works fine.
