Ensure automated tests for the OIDC Basic profile scenarios

Ideally all the tests from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TMDcpQznLEPE4sLXWgL802wm116OQvQcyZ77hQXWpQQ/edit?pref=2&pli=1#gid=0 should have corresponding automated tests. We already have tests for most of the things, then they just need to be filled in the docs to ensure we cover the cases.
