Internal Server Error thrown when Update User API is invoked w/o 'username' parameter

    Description

      When the Update User API is invoked with following conditions, the response received is a '500 - Internal Server Error' HTML body:

      1. Payload doesn't have 'username' parameter
      2. Payload has 'enabled'=true parameter
