Clean up existing RNs in the tickets.yaml file.

Remove the following RNs unless there is a good reason not to:

• New features/enhancements
• Bug fixes

Ask the program team about other issues:

• "Known issues": Have they been fixed? If so, convert RN to "Bug fix".
  • If workarounds are in the documentation, make sure they are removed.
• "Deprecated features": Do they need to be converted to "Removed features"?
• "Technology preview": Are they still TP or have they become GA?
