      CoCo on IBM (with peer pods) moved to GA during 1.10 but its status was never updated. We will have to fix this for 1.11.

      Note: Do not confuse with CoCo on IBM bare metal, which is TP.

      Tasks:

      • Find IBM epic/feature for GA and create RN.
      • Add GA RN to aCoRNs
      • Remove TP RN from aCoRNs
      • Remove TP notice from CoCo on IBM doc. (Check other places in doc just in case it is in "about" or compatibility sections.)
