As per [1],  The Cachito is being decommissioned soon and that the opt-in phase for the replacement service Hermeto. Currently, the Jenkins container builds are using Cachito for remote sources [2] and [3]. So need to update the config in container.yaml of all release to use Hermeto (cachi2) for remote sources [4]
