Productize https://github.com/fabric8io/agent-bond

In order to expose Jolokia endpoints we need to implement https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JDG-1480 However, implementing JDG-1480 requires productizing https://github.com/fabric8io/agent-bond as it was included as a dependency upstream in the following commit https://github.com/infinispan/infinispan/commit/31f2720083f5b3eea764985f7a0b75b937e30828
