Library mode distribution is missing JGroups AZURE_PING protocol

    Description

      The server distribution includes a module with jgroups-azure-1.0.0.Final-redhat-1.jar and another with azure-storage-4.0.0.redhat-1.jar. Neither of these JARs are included in the library distribution or in infinispan-embedded-8.5.0.ER1-redhat-1.jar. Both distributions include the protocols for AWS, GCE, and OpenShift and should include the Azure protocol as well.

      NOTE: See JDG-1474, because embedded needs the new version as well.
