There are mentioned two not existing warnings in the Spring QSs' README.md files

There has been removed the jboss-deployment-structure.xml file from the Spring QSs with this commit:

This caused that there is no warnings related to the xml, however, the description of the warning stayed in the README.md files.

In addition, the latter warning doesn't occur in my JBDS either.
The first one should be removed, the second one can stay if it is related to older versions of JBDS.
