The wildfly-webservices-tests-integration-27.x dependency is to provide test dependencies.  This is needed when jbossws-cxf supports different WFLY versions. 

Now only the jakarta version WFLY is supported, we can try to add these tests dependencies explicitly to run jbossws test suite.
