Update keystore files to PKCS12

Test failures because test.keystore files are not in  PKCS12 industry stnd format
Update them.

inspect file with cmd

keytool -v -list -keystore ./modules/testsuite/shared-tests/src/test/etc/test.keystore

Output of cmd provides cmd to update the format.
