Create intereceptors to respond the url which query endpoint configuration and metrics

There is WSDLGetInterecptor to answer the wsdl access from remote like : http://localhost:8080/contextPath/wsendpoint?wsdl. Similarly we can create interceptors to allow user to manage the endpoint and query the endpoint running status from url : http://localhost:8080/contextPath/wsendpoint/management?config , http://localhost:8080/contextPath/wsendpoint/management?metrics or http://localhost:8080/contextPath/wsendpoint/management?statistics-enabled=true
