It would be easy to use for management console if there is an api can provide all endpoint configuration info like : endpoint.getAllConfigsMap().
We can also introduce a RuntimeConfig interface to define the property that can be changed after the endpoint is publised and servered for requests, so that getAllConfigsMap() can know which property should be reloaded.
