port component link servlet on AS7

We used to have the portcomponentlink servlet deployed as part of the jbossws console war. On AS7 we're probably not going to have the jbossws console included in the application server build, so we need to properly integrate the portcomponentlink servlet. An idea might be to leverage the http api that's currently used for both the welcome page and the ws endpoint publisher the ws subsystem provides the xts ones to.
