Add fork mode to maven-jaxws-plugin for supporting endorsing (required for jaxws 2.2 w/ jdk6)

Richard pointed out that the plugin might have issues when not forking and running against jaxws 2.2 aware code. That's because the endorsing configuration would be lost. This might probably ends up in requiring adding an option for forking, the same way other plugins do.
